This coffee shop is located on the East end of the 16th street mall and has a "lodge" feel to it, making it a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown Denver. They serve Silver Canyon Coffee and have the usual pastries & sweets, along with a variety of foods, including a salad bar!

I work around the corner from Aspen Coffee and have tried them 2-3 times since they opened. I drink lattes and I find their lattes to be as good as any other shop in that area. I prefer Peete's Coffee, but by a narrow margin. The staff is friendly and the decor is laid back and comforting.
Aspen coffee is the best! It's a real plus for me that they are local people too, not a big corporation!
